we were in the a double room with satellite television, climate control and a personal safe. location: the hotel was short walk to the nearest mall, the sea and a beautiful area.

The breakfast was far too expensive.

Sunset. The waves crashing on the shore created a serene aura, and the staff provided excellent service. The shower pressure was noticeably low, a bit frustrating. We had a nice stay with our family.

The air conditioning in our room was either freezing or stifling. I experienced issues with the water flow in the shower, frustrating after a long day. The restaurant's service was so slow that we often waited far too long to be acknowledged, despite the fact that the place was not busy at all.

The kids had a fantastic time enjoying the jungle gym.

The hotel could improve guest experience by refraining from early wake-up calls for breakfast, allowing guests to enjoy their sleep.

The hotel was an absolute letdown. The shower barely produced a trickle, and without a fridge, you might just die of thirst. I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, it seems my expectations were too high for this place. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't ignore these glaring issues.

Consider bringing a double adaptor for charging devices. The room lacked sufficient power outlets.

The location is perfect, right next to tidal pools and great for snorkeling. The pool area is well-maintained, and the kids loved the jungle gym. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant food was...

Fabulous location on the beach, fine dolphin sightings, and amazing meals elevated our experience. The staff were really good while keeping the area clean.

Excellent views of the ocean from my room. I appreciated the family suite's sliding glass doors that not only provided privacy but also allowed for close supervision of my little ones when needed.

The hotel's overall vibe felt dated and in desperate need of modernization, from the old key system to worn-out finishes that didn't match the appeal of the location. The lack of adequate power outlets in the room was frustrating, forcing us to seek borrowed appliances just to keep essentials charged. With beach towels not provided, it felt inconvenient for those looking to enjoy sandy shores directly accessible from the facility.

The family room with sea view was charming, though the shower was blocked.
